What Payments do you accept?

Funusual online accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Why do you ask for my email and what is it used for?

Rest assured that Funusual NEVER GIVES OUT OR SELLS YOUR EMAIL OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION. We only need your email address, shipping address, telephone, and credit card info to process your order and to notify you of your order status.

What happens when I sign up for a mailing list?

If you chose to sign up for our Funusual mailing list we send you info on new product, promotions, sales and more. Again, rest assured that Funusual does not give out, sell, rent or share your email or personal information with anyone.

How will my gift be wrapped?

Funusual signature gift boxing is a purple box filled with lime green crinkled shred fill. The box is tied with lime green grosgrain ribbon, and attached to the ribbon is a personalized Funusual gift tag. Don’t forget to fill in your special gift message when placing the order. Each item we gift box for you is $3.95. We cannot gift box several items in one box at this time. Some items due to their size cannot be gift boxed.

What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?

All products are shipped within the 48 contiguous US states via UPS ground.  Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere other than the 48 contiguous US states will require an additional shipping cost. All in-stock products will ship within 3 business days following the date of purchase.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy or oversized merchandise. Orders over $500.00 require a separate shipping charge prior to being sent out - we will contact you directly with the cost to ship your order. International Shipping

We regret that we can only ship to addresses in the USA at this time. International shipping will be available at a later date. If you email us at talk2us@funusual.com and let us know which country you are in and that you are an international customer wanting to place an order, we'll let you know when this is possible.

How do I return a product?

Funusual wants you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to exchange or credit you a full refund as long as the product is returned within 30 days of purchase and is in its original packaging in a resellable condition. Refunds will be made only to the credit card the order was originally placed with. Refunds will be for product price only, not for shipping, return shipping, or gift wrap. To return an item to us, simply follow the instructions below. These instructions will also be included on a return form included with your order. Return Policy

Standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be accompanied by their sales receipt and be in their original sellable condition and packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, soap and food products are not returnable. Original shipping charges for returned products and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

1,2,3 steps to return a product:

  1. First thing to do is to obtain an RMA number. What's an RMA number? It is a Return Merchandise Authorization and all returns require one from Funusual Customer Service. Products returned to Funusual without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. To obtain an RMA, please call Funusual Customer Service at 1-508-881-8300 or email us at talk2us@funusual.com. Please include your name, order number, and a complete description of returning product(s) when contacting us. 
  2. Next, repackage the products into their original product packaging and place into an appropriate shipping box. The product and product packaging must be in their original sellable condition. Address the box to Funusual Web Returns - 8 North Market, Faneuil Hall Marketplace - Boston, MA 02109.
    PLEASE PUT THE RMA# THAT YOU GOT IN STEP 1 ON THE LABEL UNDER THE FUNUSUAL ADDRESS.
  3. And last, take the product to your local shipping outlet. Please note that the original shipping charges for these returned products are non-refundable and you will be responsible for assuming all shipping charges for returning the merchandise back to Funusual.  It is recommended that you ensure that your shipper will provide you with a proof of delivery notification, so that you are sure the package has arrived at Funusual.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item which is damaged or defective, please contact Funusual Customer Service as soon as possible at 1-508-881-8300 or email us at talk2us@funusual.com.  Please include your name, order number, and a complete description of the problem when contacting us about damaged goods.  Please do not discard the package in which the product was sent to you.  Do not return defective merchandise until you have spoken to a Funusual representative and have received a defective product authorization form from us.

I have a Funusual Gift Card. Can I use this to purchase products online?

Yes! We are currently working on adding gift cards as a payment option. In the meantime, you can add the gift card number and the balance (if you know what it is) to the Gift Message field when you check out. You will still have to enter your credit card information, but if the balance on the Gift Card is greater than your total, your credit card will not be charged. We'll send you an email to let you know that everything is all set before your order is shipped. I have a coupon for Funusual Online. What do I do with it?

Yes, it's true, there are a couple of wild and wonderful coupon offers currently available that apply to purchases at Funusual Online. If you're lucky enough to get your hands on one, simply enter the promotion code in the Gift Message field when you checkout. Your order totals will not reflect the coupon offer immediately, but we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that we've applied the coupon to your order. Cookies

You must have cookies enabled to use our on-line store. The cookie we utilize is a browser-session based cookie, meaning the cookie is written and available for the life of that particular browser open on your computer. Our store only uses the cookie for the storage of your shopping session's unique ShoppingID number and nothing more. When you close your browser the cookie is destroyed.
